Well, it still doesn't beat Okami in my book or Wind Waker/Majora's Mask BUT its right under them.

When I started Xenoblade I got right into the action after an epic cutscene and then i got to play as the main character (who is a fucking awesome but has the weirdest name ever, really, after 6hours of gameplay I still can even try to say it even though other people have said xD ) Shulk who is just a normal teenager... who works on making weapons... yeah.... thats normal right? ANyways he is trying to study this SUPER UTILAMETE WEAPON called the Monodo and it has the power to kill the evil robots called the Mechic... I think thats what there are called... but they all died out so he just studies the thing or that's what he thinks (and everyone else) because the next day THEY ATTACK HIS VILLAGE AND FUCK SOME SHIT UP!!!! And so alot of stuff happens and Shulk wants revenge because to avenge the death of *spoiler character* .

Well with story out of the way the gameplay is amazing. For some reason you have a jump button... and when i saw that i though 13-2 but really the jump is more helpful in this game then that one. There is no platforming but its go to jump of some cliffs as shortcuts. The battle system is great, you auto-attack but you have Arts which are you special attacks. Arts can be Physical attacks or Ether attacks (basicly magic attacks). Not only that but erevyone has a special art witch can only be used after you have been in battle for ahwile and not only that but you have chain attacks which everyone attacks at once. The only donwside I saw at first is when you (the leader) dies your whole party does to BUT if your party is still alive and you have 1 team bar or more your party members revive you... wow!!!!! Also in battles Shulk can see in the future so if some one is going to to died you can save them from death by telling them what to do, ether by healing them sevles or doing an attack that will kill off the enemy.

The MUSIC TO THIS GAME IS FUCKING AWESOME!!!!! Guar Plains, Colony 9, and many more... just this music... oh god, oh Amaterasu. OH FUCKING AMATERSU AND GOD xD . THe sound track is like if Chrono Cross's Ost, Radiant Histroia's OSt and Kingdom Heart's OSts where all mixed to together and were on steroids... oh god its so good, its too good, its great,awesome,EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!

SO yrah that's all I got, my only thing I hate about it is that you can't switch leaders in combat and that there are some many tourails but on the bright side they spread them out so they aren't too annoying.
